Finally finished I didn't think I would finish in time but wonder never cease.
I have learned a lot on this adventure and I will make good use of the things that I have learned.

I actually sat down with a volunteer who I know who uses the computer and showed her how to find podcasts we did a google search for writing podcasts since she is a budding writer.
very cool experience to share my enthusiasm for technology.

I like the podcasts site. I actually signed up for a nederlands dutch radio podcasts to help me to learn Dutch some time ago but haven't used it. I will give it another try.

Work uses might be the nearest libraries.

I am familiar with youtube but it was nice of work to give me a reason to sit and play with it.

I have been looking for these type of tools all my life. Now that I have a smart phone I wonder how usefull they would be > The idea of using remember the milk is so cool this is something that I would definitely use.

wikis could be very useful for all business that share a common goal. There is an opportunity to be able to share incredible amounts of knowledge and information at the touch of a finger.

I actual have a delicious account and never use it. i used it once to write some notes about a guy I know. maybe I will have to give it a second look.

I like rollyo it saves you time which is so necessary.
It also allows you to add to it so its always expanding that is probably the greatest thing about the web.

I didn't really do very well with the online image generator. I googled several sights but when I decided to play with one the image I created never materialized. I probably was doing something wrong. I'll ask the group.

I just signed up for twitter. I can't really say that I find it useful. Maybe if you need to keep track of your every move for a reality TV show. As far as the library applications I can see it possibly being used for publicity for an event or a blow by blow of the event for all that missed it.

I looked at some of the other libraries websites and how they are using web 2.0 and I would like to see the County of San Diego use RSS feeds of authors speaking online.
For the first time I actually went onto the myspace page. My computer didn't crash and I did get to look at something besides a bunch of young women and teenagers photographs.

Flickr Assignment

I found the flickr assignment to be intriguing. The concept of everyone possibly having access to your photos online is scary. I 've marked almost everything PRIVATE or family and friends only. I am not necessarily reasured however but I did it any way.

This is my first blog! I have never wanted to create a blog because I have always considered myself a private person but heck here I am anyway.

Oh! Forgot the reason I am here.
I find the mentoring and teaching to be the easiest habit. My habit that will require practice is using a learning toolbox. I have no idea what to put in it.
